Create your account with your email, or with Google or Apple. An email account starts working once you open the link we send and enter your password.

Name your studio. Names are unique across VFX.plus; if yours is taken, we suggest free ones.

Load credits from Buy credits (US$1 = 100 credits). Nothing runs until the wallet holds credits, and every job shows its price before it starts.

Credits never expire. Every job shows its price before it runs, and Usage lists what each one cost.

A single recharge of US$1,000 or more earns bonus credits: from +5% at US$1,000 up to +20% at US$10,000.

Production, Micro Drama and Team plans have a monthly minimum that your wallet holds on the 1st. It stays yours as credits; if it isn't there, new Production and Micro Drama work waits until you load credits.

Credit purchases are final: credits, used or unused, are not refunded or paid out as money, except where the law requires it. The full rules are on the Credits & refunds page.

Every payment has an invoice under Billing › Invoices. In India it is a tax invoice in rupees with GST; everywhere else it is in US dollars.

Bonus credits are not money, so they never appear on an invoice.

Your profile holds your name, photo, password and email. Changing your email sends a link to the new address; nothing changes until you open it.

If you signed up with Google or Apple you can add a password, and remove a sign-in method as long as another way in remains.

You can delete your account at any time from Delete account.

A studio's owner invites people from Team, chooses what each person can open, and can pause someone or set their daily spending cap.

Each member's Create work is private. The owner sees everyone's, and the owner or a producer can open the studio's work to the whole team or to one person.

Sign in to the Director app with the same account. Your credits and your work are the same on the web and in the app.
