Privacy Policy

VFX+ Studio is run by two companies. If your studio is billed in India, your agreement is with VFX+, our Indian company. Everywhere else, your agreement is with VFX+, our company outside India. In these pages "VFX+", "we" and "us" mean the company your studio contracts with. Their registered details are on the Contact page. That company is responsible for your personal data.

• Account: your name, email address, a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself), your username, language and onboarding answers, and the Google or Apple account you sign in with, if you use one.
• Sign-ins: when and how you signed in, the network address and the browser or app used, and refused attempts. We keep these to protect your account.
• Your studio's work: what you write, upload and make, including scripts, pictures, video, voices and music, and the prompts you send.
• Billing: the studio's billing name, address, country and tax number, and a record of each payment and charge. Card and bank details are entered with the payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Support: what you write to us.

• To run the studio: sign you in, keep one session per person, do the work you ask for, and show it to your studio's members.
• To bill: price each action, keep the wallet, take payments and issue invoices.
• To keep VFX+ safe: check prompts, uploads and results for safety, stop fraud and abuse, and keep sign-ins secure.
• To tell you about your account: confirmation and password emails, and notices about your studio.
• To meet legal duties, such as tax records.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• AI model makers: when you run a job, the prompt and the pictures, video or sound it needs are sent to the company that runs the model you chose, only to do that job, under their terms.
• Payment processors, to take a payment you start.
• Companies that host our servers, deliver our email and check that a sign-up or sign-in is made by a person, only to provide those services to us.
• The members of your studio, who see the studio's work and who did it.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these companies work outside your country. When data leaves your country we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it.

We keep account data while the account exists. When you delete your account, our team erases its personal data (name, email, preferences, studio seats), usually within 7 days. Work made inside a studio belongs to the studio and stays with it. Payment and tax records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

You can see and change your name, password and sign-in methods on your Profile, and delete your account at Delete my account. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to a copy of your data, to correct it, to object to some uses, or to complain to a data protection authority. We use only the cookies the studio needs: one that keeps you signed in, one that remembers your language, and the bot check on the sign-up and sign-in pages. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sign-in links are single-use and short-lived, our staff need a second step to sign in, and access to a studio's work is limited to its members. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you think your account has been used by someone else.

VFX+ Studio is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
