Acceptable use

Version 2026-10-23

VFX+ Studio is for making films, series, ads and other creative work. These rules apply to everything you write, upload and make with it, and to everyone in your studio.

1. Real people

  • Upload a real person's face, body or voice, or make anything that looks or sounds like a real person, only with that person's consent, and keep proof of it. That includes your own cast, crew and clients.
  • Do not make content that could mislead people into thinking a real person said or did something they did not, such as fake news, fake endorsements, or fake statements by public figures.
  • Do not make sexual or intimate content of any real person.

2. Children

Never make, upload or ask for sexual content involving anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18, in any form, including drawn or animated. We report it to the authorities.

3. Other people's rights

  • Use logos, brand names, trademarks, characters, music and footage only when you own them or have the right to use them.
  • Do not use a reference ad, film or song you are not allowed to use, and do not make ads that pass themselves off as another brand.

To report content that you believe infringes your rights, write to hello@vfx.plus with the link to it and what it infringes.

4. Ads and claims

You are responsible for the claims in your ads and the rules of the platforms where you run them. Claims about health, medicines, money and investments, alcohol, gambling, and similar regulated subjects must be true, backed by evidence, and allowed where you publish them. Do not use AI-made people to pose as real customers, doctors or experts in a way that misleads.

5. Harmful and illegal content

  • Nothing illegal where you are or where you publish it.
  • No content that threatens, harasses or bullies people, or attacks them for who they are.
  • No content that promotes terrorism or real-world violence, or gives instructions for weapons or serious harm.
  • No graphic violence or sexual content outside a clearly creative, adult context that the law allows, and never in material aimed at children.

6. Using the service fairly

  • Do not share accounts, resell access, or use the service for someone outside your studio without our agreement.
  • Do not try to get around safety checks, prices, limits or the wallet, or reach other studios' data.
  • Do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

7. What we do

Prompts, uploads and results are checked automatically, and our team may review a studio's content when a problem is reported or detected. We may refuse a job, remove content, pause an account or a studio, or close it, and we report illegal content where the law requires it. A job refused after the model did the work is still charged (see Credits & refunds).
